4th Trimester Assessment: In-Home 60 min | $ 185

 The Educated Pelvis is an out-of-network, fee-for-service practice and payment is due at the time of service. HSA, FSA, check, cash and all major credit cards are accepted. You will be provided with a Superbill, which can be submitted by you to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

To avoid a 50% appointment fee, please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance.
