Flourishing In The Fourth Trimester
To support you and encourage the healing process, I offer an assessment 2-3 weeks post delivery in the comfort of your home. At 6-8 weeks, I recommend a full body evaluation. This includes an internal pelvic floor assessment, if needed, to examine how the healing and strengthening is progressing and make any additions or adjustments to your postpartum plan of care.
“It is a true pleasure to be in Dr. Sam’s company throughout this pregnancy journey and it makes everything feel more calm, comfortable and safe! I am ecstatic to continue on our path together postpartum as I know that I will be set up for success to heal and thrive after my scheduled C-section.”
